Every pair of Mozaïkas is made to order by our small workshop team in Ukraine.

Production takes around 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design and our current queue.

Once ready, your shoes will be shipped in one of two ways:

Most orders are sent this way. Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks, depending on your location.

In rare cases, we may have your chosen style and size in our small local stockroom. If that happens, delivery within Australia typically takes 2–4 business days.

We’ll send you a tracking link the moment your shoes are on their way.

We ship worldwide, with just a few exceptions.

If you don’t see your country at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $250 AUD

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice anything wrong, email us at hello@mozaikasteps.com as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do everything we can to correct the address before it ships.

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

- Check your surroundings or with neighbours

- Reach out to the shipping provider with your tracking number

- If needed, contact us — we’re happy to help look into it

Unfortunately, once a parcel is marked as delivered or signed for, we aren’t able to offer refunds or replacements.

For international orders, local duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import rules. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your purchase total.
